Practical Information

There is no registration fee. The lunches and coffee breaks will be free for the participants, as well as a cocktail at the end of the first day. The workshop dinner will be Thursday evening at 19:30 at restaurant Chez Lionel and will be free for all participants (except drinks). See Social Events.

The IAP building has eduroam WiFi connection at all locations. An alternative WiFi network will be provided.

Local speakers must have a recent version of Zoom installed on their portable device (preferably laptop) so that the remote participants can follow their talk. The connection to the video projector will be by WiFi.

Remote participants should use a recent version of Zoom to follow the workshop and to make their presentations (for invited speakers). The Zoom link will be emailed the week before the meeting.
